Baggage Enquiries 

In the unlikely event that your baggage is damaged or lost, please contact a member of staff immediately on arrival at the airport. Airport staff will then issue you with a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) number. This number must be used in all correspondence relating to your baggage.

To ensure your claim is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible, please send correct correspondence to the respective claims handler as oulined below.
Claims for damaged baggage:
If you have a claim, all correspondence including any receipts must be sent directly to our claims handler at the address below:

Claims for damaged contents and lost luggage:

Important information: Samsonite handles all damaged baggage claims only but do not deal with any claims relating to damaged contents within damaged bags. Claims for damaged contents should be sent as a separate claim to Luggage Loss Adjusters.
