bmibaby takes a comedian to the skies
Low cost airline bmibaby will take laughter to 30,000 feet, by inviting a local comedian to provide some onboard entertainment in the run up to the Edinburgh Comedy Festival.
Anthony King, from Great Glen in Leicester will take his comedy act to the skies on 4 August 2010 on a bmibaby flight from East Midlands Airport to Edinburgh.
Anthony is a familiar face on the Leicester comedy scene, contributing to the Leicester Comedy Festival and performing for Highlight Comedy Club.
The Edinburgh Comedy Festival takes place from 4-30 August 2010 and attracts over 360 acts every year. bmibaby flies from East Midlands Airport to Edinburgh up to 18 times a week and fares start from just £9.99 one way including all taxes.

“At bmibaby we aim to put the fun back into flying and we thought an onboard comedian would put a smile on the faces of our customers. The Edinburgh Comedy Festival starts on 4 August and this will give our customers a little taste of what will be on offer in Edinburgh this month.”
